Senior Network Engineer
We are looking for an engineer who is qualified and has experience at CCNA / CCNP level with in depth experience of designing (an expert), implementing and supporting Cisco networks. The individual should have experience in routing and switching with voice and good security exposure. Experience in Linux administration would also be an advantage.
The role involves all aspects of establishing networking environments, auditing and maximising network performances, network security and responding to network related support calls from the service desk.
Senior Service Delivery Engineer / 3rd Line Support
Our Senior Service Delivery engineers provide a high level of technical expertise including support and consultancy to clients either from the Head Office or at any client site. Key responsibilities include incident and services request management, solutions architecture, project support, pre-sales support and request escalation.
We are looking for an individual who can provide technical leadership to our clients and their colleagues. The candidate needs to have excellent knowledge of relevant technologies deployed across our client sites as well as emerging techniques and technologies.
This role requires an individual who is highly motivated with good communication skills – both written and spoken. You need to be able to balance priorities in a busy environment and have a keen sense of ownership as well as confidence in managing issues. Professional accreditations in relevant disciplines are an advantage including ITIL.
Service Desk Engineer / 1st Line Support
Our Service Desk Engineers provide friendly and considerate support to our rapidly expanding client base. This position requires experience and knowledge of key IT areas including basic computer hardware, software and the latest operating systems. The Service Desk runs 24/7/365 and all engineers work on a shift rota to cover this service including nights and weekends.
As well as providing 1st line support, engineers will be expected to manage calls through the complete process until they can be satisfactory closed, manage suppliers and deliveries, liaise with the service delivery engineers and manage daily operations, sometimes support clients on site and write and maintain documentation to support procedures.
We are looking for a motivated, focused, friendly, patient, organised and assertive individual who is able to work well in a team.
