24/7 expert support

As a Sovereign data centre services client, you receive expert technical support that far exceeds the usual standards. With the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and engineers on site, you have access to 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

Security

The data centre is certified to ISO27001:2013 standards for information security management. We are also on the N3 network, allowing us to offer rack space to service providers working with sensitive patient data within the NHS. 

 

 

Resilience

The data centre has no single point of failure with an auditable N+1 trail from transformer to server.

 

Flexible power

We can offer power from 0.5 Amp to 32 Amps as standard and are more than happy to discuss other power requirements up to 64 Amps per rack.

Our primary data centre is served locally by quick overland and underground train links to central London, with the M25 and M1 linking us to the whole of the UK by road.
